I wrote this prayer for my email community, and I keep getting nudged that it’s meant to live in a place it can be more broadly found.

These seemingly non-provable-by-science things like meditation, prayer, intuition and other nudges provide stability for me, they also provide non-biased and non-fear based guidance (ok and sometimes, more questions, annoyingly so). 

Prayer has quite literally been my number one tool in getting out of my own way (in life and business). It’s an even better partner in crime when I pray in earnest, let go of the outcome, and ensure my words and actions are in alignment with the life I say I want. 

I really love this video from Rabbi Shais Taub as it very accurately explains why I lean on spiritual practices as much as I do in life and in business. They provide me stability.

Below is my prayer and incantation for you. 

To pray: to hope in earnest

Incantation: from etymology, latin incantere: to enchant. It feels as though humans since the beginning of time, or maybe beginning of language, have understood what science is just grappling – words have power. The words we speak to ourselves, the words we pray, the words we say out loud create our lives.

*if you read out loud or in your head like I do, here’s a neurolinguistic tip: replace “you and your” with “I and my”

Your load is light as you venture forth towards your dreams. 
You experience clarity around what's ready to change and evolve and what just needs more consistent effort over time. 
You are given evidence that you are on the best path and are always taken care of. 
You begin to truly understand, believe, and embody that you are worthy just as you are.
You are uplifted by the fire that lives inside you.
You feel seen and loved in all your moments (yes the ugly ones too).
You allow the sense of freedom,
the sense of abundance, the sense of joy, grace, and alignment to arise within you.
Your words incantere your life.
The seeds of hope, faith, love, and prosperity sprout and grow effortlessly for you.
